Video: Astros' Luis Garcia And Phil Maton Throw Immaculate Innings In Same Game
On Wednesday, the Houston Astros became the first team in MLB history to throw two immaculate innings in the same game. Luis Garcia and Phil Maton each struck out three batters on nine batters. Yet, what makes this even crazier was that they both did so against Nate Lowe, Ezequiel Duran, and Brad Miller. That's just INSANE.
The Astros ended up defeating the Rangers by a 9-2 final score. With this, Houston has improved to a 39-24 record, while the Rangers are now 29-33.
