Twins Call Up Pitcher

The Minnesota Twins have once again called up Jharel Cotton from Triple-A.

It's been an interesting year for Cotton, as he has been designated for assignment by the Twins twice. However, when with the major league squad, he has been solid and his stats show that effectively. In six appearances with the Twins, he has a 2-1 record and immensely low 0.69 ERA. 

Nevertheless, this is a good opportunity for Cotton to show that he deserves a full-time spot in Minnesota's bullpen. We will have to wait and see if that ends up coming to fruition from here.
