Twins Call Up 2 Pitchers

The Minnesota Twins are dealing with several injuries. As a result of this, they have called up two more pitchers in Jharel Cotton and Ian Hamilton.

Cotton has been designated for assignment twice this season, but he keeps finding his way back to the majors. When utilized this season by Minnesota, he's been very strong, as he has a 1-1 record to go along with a 1.04 ERA. He will be looking to maintain this form from here in hopes of maintaining a permanent spot on the roster.

Hamilton, on the other hand, is set to make his first MLB appearance since 2020. In 14 career games with the Chicago White Sox, he has a 1-2 record and 4.50 ERA.
