Twins And Phillies Complete Trade

The Minnesota Twins have acquired John Andreoli from the Philadelphia Phillies.

Andreoli signed a minor league deal with the Phillies but never received a call-up with the major league squad. Now, as a member of the Twins organization, he will be hoping to change that and get into his first MLB action of 2022.

At worst, the Twins have added to their outfield depth with this Andreoli acquisition. In 33 career games between the Mariners, Orioles, and Padres, he has zero home runs, four RBIs, and a .224 batting average.
