Royals Pitcher Hits The Injured List

The injury bug is continuing to hit the Royals, as Josh Staumont has been placed on the 15-day injured list. 

Staumont has been a reliable part of the Royals' bullpen this campaign, so they certainly will miss him while he's out. In 29 games on the year, he has a 2-1 record to go along with a 3.81 ERA. 

The Royals will be hoping that Staumont will not have to spend more time on the injured list after this 15-day stint ends. We will have to wait and see what happens with him on that front.
