Royals And Rangers Complete Trade

The Texas Rangers have traded Albert Abreu to the Kansas City Royals for prospect Yohanse Morel. 

Abreu will provide the Royals with another arm in their bullpen. In eight games this season with the Rangers, he has a 0-0 record to go along with a 3.12 ERA. It will be intriguing to see if he can keep this kind of stuff up as a member of the Royals from here. 

Morel is a prospect who is trying to cement himself a spot in the majors. In 10 games with Single-A+ Quad Cities this year, he has a 2-2 record to go along with a 4.08 ERA. It will be intriguing to see how he develops as a member of the Rangers organization.
