Rangers Outfielder To Have Surgery
Eli White was placed on the 10-day injured list by the Texas Rangers on Monday. Yet, he is going to be out for much longer than that, as the outfielder is set to have wrist surgery.
Due to this surgery, White will be shut down for a minimum of six weeks. This will inevitably lead to him being transferred to the 60-day injured list.
It is rough news for White, as he is aiming to cement himself as an everyday MLB player. In 47 games on the year, he has three home runs, 10 RBIs, and a .200 batting average. Here's to hoping that he can return before the season is out.
