Phillies Release Pitcher
The Philadelphia Phillies have released Kyle Dohy from his minor league contract.
Dohy was once viewed as one of the top prospects in the Phillies' system, but things with his development just haven't gone smoothly. Thus, being released could be the best thing for the 25-year-old pitcher, as he will have the chance to potentially find a home elsewhere.
Dohy's tenure with the Phillies ends after just one appearance. During it, he pitched one scoreless inning. Let's see if he will get the chance to continue his career with a new club.
