Mets Pitcher Finished In New York
Felix Pena has opted out of his minor league contract with the New York Mets. With this, he is set to sign with a team in the Korea Baseball Organization.
Pena was aiming to receive an eventual call-up with the Mets, but it became clear that he wasn't a part of their plans. Thus, he will now be aiming to put together a strong season in the KBO instead.
Before this year, Penaa made appearances in the majors over each of the last six seasons. In 104 career games between the Cubs and Angels, he has a 15-8 record and 4.66 ERA.
