Mariners Claim Infielder Off Waivers

The Seattle Mariners have claimed Kevin Padlo off waivers from the San Francisco Giants.

Padlo was recently designated for assignment by the Giants, but he has now found a new home with the Mariners. In fact, he is a familiar face to the organization, as he appeared in one game for them last season. Now, he will be aiming to get into more action during his second stint for the team.

In four games this season with the Giants, Padlo had two hits in 12 at-bats. Let's see if he can find more success if called up to the Mariners from here.
