Dodgers Star Pitcher Set To Return

While speaking with reporters, Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that Clayton Kershaw will be activated from the injured list. With that, he is set to return this upcoming weekend against the San Francisco Giants.

Before getting injured, Kershaw was off to a simply spectacular start in 2022. In five appearances thus far, he has a 4-0 record, 1.80 ERA, and 32 strikeouts. He has been almost unhittable, and it will be intriguing to see if he can maintain this form once he returns to the mound.

Without Kershaw, the Dodgers have managed to stay in very good shape, as they have a 35-19 record and are first in the NL West. However, with the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants not too far behind them, Kershaw returning couldn't have come at a better time.
