Brewers Sign Pitcher

The Milwaukee Brewers have added to their pitching depth, as they have signed Marcus Walden to a minor league contract. 

Walden will begin his time with the organization down in Triple-A Nashville. He last appeared in the majors during the 2020 season with the Boston Red Sox, but he will be hoping to change that. If he impresses in Nashville, don't be surprised to see the Brew Crew give him a shot. 

A 93-game veteran, Walden sports a 9-4 record and 4.50 ERA. It will be intriguing to see if he's given the chance to build on these numbers with Milwaukee from here.
