Braves Star Fractures Foot

The Atlanta Braves have been dealt some brutal injury news, as Ozzie Albies fractured his foot during Monday's game against the Atlanta Braves. 

Given the severity of this specific injury, it's more likely than not that Albies will miss a notable amount of time. At this juncture, he has yet to be placed on the injured list, but that is certainly going to change. 

The reigning World Series champs are currently second in the NL East and are aiming to catch up to the New York Mets. However, that task is now going to be harder with Albies out. Here's to hoping the All-Star has a quick and speedy recovery.
