Blue Jays Send Pitcher Down To Triple-A
The Toronto Blue Jays are continuing to make roster moves, as Jeremy Beasley has now been sent back down to Triple-A Buffalo.
Beasley has made two appearances for the Blue Jays this season, where he allowed three earned runs in 3.0 innings pitched. He also has given up two home runs, so he didn't necessarily take the league by storm during his call-up. Yet, he will now have the chance to regain some of his confidence back in Buffalo.
If Beasley performs well with Buffalo, don't be surprised to see him get another chance on the major league roster. In 12 games in Triple-A this season, he has a 0-0 record and an impressive 1.01 ERA.
