Angels Reliever Suffered Fractured Elbow... Falling Out Of The Dugout

It was one of the most violent baseball brawls we've seen in some time, and the Los Angeles Angels are really paying the price. In addition to 9 suspensions as a result of the punch-up with the Seattle Mariners, the Angels have also lost reliever Archie Bradley for an extended period with a fractured elbow—suffered in the strangest of ways.

The Angels say that Bradley broke his elbow hitting the ground after "going over the dugout railing" in an attempt to join the free-for-all. Essentially 'falling out of the dugout.'

Bradley will be out for a couple of months, according to head athletic trainer Mike Frostad.

The 29-year-old reliever has has a 4.82 ERA and two saves thus far for the Angels. The team has recalled rookie pitcher Chase Silseth from Double-A to take his spot on the roster.
