Tigers Lose 2 Players To Injured List

What a rough day for the Detroit Tigers. Although they defeated the Baltimore Orioles today, both Austin Meadows and Victor Reyes were injured during the contest. Now, they each have been placed on the injured list. 

With the Tigers currently at the bottom of the AL Central and trying to turn things around, this development is not ideal. They will now be without two players in their lineup for the next 10 days at least. 

In 27 games this season, Meadows has yet to hit a home run but also sports 11 RBIs and a .270 batting average. Reyes, on the other hand, has zero home runs, four RBIs, and a .261 batting average in 10 contests.
