Reds Pitcher Set To Make Debut
Mike Minor is finally healthy and will be making his debut for the Cincinnati Reds when the team takes on the Washington Nationals this Friday.
The Reds acquired Minor from the Kansas City Royals during the offseason. In 28 games last season with the club, he had an 8-12 record to go along with a 5.05 ERA. With Cincinnati, he will be aiming to be a bit more reliable and keep his ERA lower.
Minor will provide the Reds' rotation with an experienced arm. In 276 career games between the Braves, Rangers, Athletics, and Royals, he has a 79-78 record and 4.11 ERA. With that, he is a one-time All-Star.
