Rays Acquire Pitcher From Marlins

During the offseason, the Miami Marlins acquired Louis Hand from the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for a player to be named later. Now, that played has been determined, as Josh Roberson is heading to Tampa.

Roberson is a prospect who is still aiming to become a major-league pitcher. He has split the 2022 seaso between Single-A and Double-A, where he has a 1-2 record and 6.75 ERA. Although those numbers are certainly nothing to cheer about, the year is still young, and he has the potential to improve from here.

The Rays have had many good moments with pitching prospects, so let's see if they end up having another success story with this Roberson acquisition.
