Phillies Send Pitcher Down To Triple-A

The Philadelphia Phillies have sent Bailey Falter back down to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. 

Following a 22-game rookie campaign with the Phillies last season, Falter earned himself a spot on their major league roster in 2022. In six games with the team on the year, he has a 0-2 record to go along with a 4.20 ERA. With numbers like these, it's fair to say that he has had mixed results. 

Falter will now be aiming to impress back with Lehigh Valley in hopes of landing another call-up to the major league squad before this year is over. In 28 career games with Philadelphia, he sports a 2-3 record and 5.18 ERA.
