Padres Pitcher Heads To Injured List

San Diego Padres pitcher Tim Hill has been placed on the 15-day injured list due to shoulder inflammation. 

Hill has been off to a poor start in 2022, and this shoulder trouble could very well be the reason behind it. In nine appearances, he has a disastrous 11.12 ERA, so once he is healthy again, he will be aiming to bounce back.

When looking at Hill's MLB resume, there's reason to believe that he could do just that. He is coming off of a season where he had a 6-6 record and 3.62 ERA in 78 games. Furthermore, over the course of his 226-game career, he has a 12-10 record and 4.22 ERA.
