Guardians And Mariners Complete Trade

The Cleveland Guardians have acquired Yohan Ramirez from the Seattle Mariners in exchange for cash considerations. 

Ramirez was recently designated for assignment and was set to be placed on waivers. However, the Guardians have instead elected to acquire him now. Now, he will be a part of their bullpen from here.

In 48 career games with the Mariners, Ramirez has a 2-3 record, 3.97 ERA, and 71 strikeouts. Yet, the 2022 season hasn't been treating him well, as he has a 7.56 ERA in seven games. Let's see if he improves with the change of scenery.
