Dodgers Select Pitcher

For the first time since the 2020 season, Robbie Erlin is in the majors, as the Los Angeles Dodgers have selected his contract. 

Although Erlin has some experience as a starter, he is expected to join Los Angeles' bullpen from here. Ultimately, this makes sense, as they of course sport a strong rotation. Being in the 'pen shouldn't upset him at all, as he is finally back in the majors.

Erlin will now provide the Dodgers with another reliever who has a good chunk of MLB experience. In 115 career games between the Padres, Pirates, and Braves, he has a 13-20 record and 4.85 ERA.
