Dodgers Promote Pitcher

The Los Angeles Dodgers have called up Carson Fulmer to their major league squad.

Fulmer has made appearances at the major league level in each of the last six seasons. He is coming off of a rough 2021 season, however, as he had a 0-0 record and 6.66 ERA in 20 games with the Reds. However, he is now getting the chance to bounce back in LA. 

In 74 career games between the Chicago White Sox, Detroit Tigers, Baltimore Orioles, and Reds, Fulmer has a 6-9 record, 6.41 ERA, and 118 strikeouts. It will be interesting to see how he performs with the Dodgers from here. It would be great for the team if he can blossom into another reliable reliever for them. Alas, time will tell on that front.
