Angels Call Up Pitcher

The Los Angeles Angels have called up Cesar Valdez to their major league roster.

Immediately following this call-up, Valdez made his debut for the Angels. In it, he allowed an earned run in one inning pitched. As he continues to get used to the league's most competitive league again, he will be hoping to improve. 

Valdez has 69 career games on his resume, where he has spent time with the Diamondbacks, Athletics, Blue Jays, Orioles, and now Angeles. During them, he sports a 5-6 record, 6.11 ERA, and 91 strikeouts. Let's see how these numbers improve from here.
