VIDEO: Watch The Incredible Moment A Top Prospect Gets The News He's In The Big Leagues
Seattle Mariners manager Scott Servais called top prospect Julio Rodriguez into his office to drop the news that the 21-year-old will be patrolling center field for the M's in The Show come opening day. But Servais had another surprise for him as well:

After asking J-Rod if he was comfortable in CF, and telling him he's made the big club, Servais then revealed that he had already called Rodriguez's parents in the Dominican Republic, and is flying them in to be at the momentous occasion.
Rodriguez shared his feelings afterwards, on Seattle radio:
What a morning for @JRODshow44, who first made the Mariners roster AND THEN got to come on the show!

Actually, it sounds like he made a pretty special call in between: pic.twitter.com/nHPL7s8Wq1
After the calls to his parents, his father shed tears of joy.

"Bring on the J-Rod show," said Servais, and the young rookie slapped his hands in celebration. Then the manager gave him some advice: "Don't ever change how you play. Play with joy, and energy, and be you."
"J-Rod Show. It's on."
