Ronald Acuna Jr. Potential Return Date Set
On May 6th, the Atlanta Braves could have Ronald Acuna Jr. back in their lineup, as the club has set it as a potential return date.
Acuna Jr. suffered a tore ACL last July, so the severity of this injury has understandably kept him out of action for a long time. However, the star outfielder has been recovering very well and is currently performing well during his rehab stint. In three games with the team, he sports a .333 batting average and has a double.
The Braves certainly could use Acuna Jr. back in their lineup right about now. At this point of the season, they have a 7-9 record. Once they get their star back, it should help them get more wins from here. In 395 games over four seasons with the club, he has 105 home runs, 246 RBIs, and a .283 batting average. With that, he also is a two-time All-Star and two-time Silver Slugger Award winner.
Alas, here's to hoping Acuna Jr. suffers no setbacks and can get back into action on the 6th.
