MLB Rumors: Clayton Kershaw Expected To Sign With This Team

According to Buster Olney, Clayton Kershaw is expected to return to the Los Angeles Dodgers. Olney noted that there is "heavy industry expectation" that Kershaw will continue his career with the Dodgers.

This certainly would be great news for LA, as they already lost two stars in Corey Seager and Max Scherzer this offseason. Yet, if Olney's correct, they thankfully will be keeping one of their top players, at least.

In 22 starts with the Dodgers last season, Kershaw sported a 10-8 record, 3.55 ERA, and 144 strikeouts. It was another strong season for the 33-year-old, and there's reason to believe that he can replicate it in 2022.

Nevertheless, with the lockout officially over, we will find out Kershaw's next destination shortly. Yet, all signs are now pointing that it will be in fact that the Dodgers.
