MLB Rumors: Clayton Kershaw Signing With This American League Team
According to multiple reports and rumors, including from ex-teammates, word is Clayton Kershaw is going to be signing with the Texas Rangers.
Kershaw, who welcomed his fourth child over the weekend is reportedly interested in joining the Rangers who have spent a boat load of money this offseason on the likes of Marcus Semien, Jon Gray and Kershaw's old buddy Corey Seager.
According to WFAA's Jonah Javad, Seager has been leading the recruitment process and has played a major part in convincing the Rangers are the perfect fit for the future Hall-of-Famer. The Rangers are managed by Chris Woodward who was the third base coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers and is someone Kershaw knows very well.
Talk about Seager going from hero in LA to a villain, especially if he takes Kershaw with him. Here's the newest Ranger talking about his plan for his new ball club:
