The Diamondbacks Make History With All-Time Road Losing Streak
The Arizona Diamondbacks have officially hit rock bottom, etching their place in the modern-day record books with their 23rd consecutive road loss, dropping a 10-3 decision to the San Franciso Giants.
History! The #Dbacks lose 10-3. It's their #MLB record 23rd consecutive road game loss, their franchise-record 14th consecutive loss overall, and have now dropped a staggering 28 of their last 30 games and 37 of 42.

The DBacks have surpassed the futility of the 1963 New York Mets, who lost 22 straight away from the Polo Grounds. The 'Snakes' haven't won a game on the road since April 25th. Other ugly numbers on this road to ruin:
- 14th straight loss overall (a franchise record)
- 2-28 in last 30 games
- 5-37 in last 42 games
The #Dbacks are now 20-50, and 24 games are out of first place in the NL West. It could even get uglier. The #Dodgers come to Arizona next followed by the #Brewers, and the D-backs don't play a team with a losing record on the road again until July 27.

In fact, their next series on the road against a team with a losing record is well over a month away. Yikes.
