Latest Entry in Baseball's 'Here's Something You've Never Seen Before' Department: Steal of Home During Argument
It's one of the things that makes baseball so great: Rarely a day goes by that you don't see something you've never seen before. Chalk up another one in this minor league game, where the runner at third base steals home while his opponents argue with the umpire!

The Indianapolis Indians, the Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, had two on and two out in the bottom of the 11th, down by a run. A sharp single into left-center field tied the score, but when Wilmer Difo slid into third and evaded the tag, the Memphis Cardinals argued a call on the bases, and Difo realized there was no one covering home plate. He charged home with the winning run.
Wilmer Difo. That's it. That's the tweet. 😳

Final: Indians 8, Memphis 7 in 11 innings. Stay tuned.
There's a number of lessons in there for the kids, the least of which: Call a time out before stopping to argue with the ump!
